You could try Goldenfrog. Their software can sit on a number of routers allowing you to change location at will. Always worked for me, but not free. No decent VPN is.

First I would check that your VPN router is actually working as a VPN router.  You can check the IP address from the Sky box.

Give https://www.smartdnsproxy.com a go, you get a couple of weeks free trial, i don`t know if it will work with catch up or on demand, but it lets us watch Sky.

Looking for some advice. For quite sometime I've used "Unlocater". as a VPN with SKY+. Now I can't get catch-up/on Demand on Sky. Unlocater say Sky have done something to do this. Can anyone help with a VPN Which allows access to catch up/ on Demand service. Thanks
