changing car documents

good morning

i am sure that this topic has been discussed before but after a search i cannot find the link - can anyone help please.

we need to change the ownership of a car in almeria, not sure of the correct procedures, what paperwork we will need, what extra paperwork we will need, how much money we will need etc.  spanish is not a problem just the rules !
