It's still there.
Scroll down to the Photograph section, and it's at the top of the topics under "HOW TO UPLOAD IMAGES."
I still use "shrinkpic" which is free to download, and downsizes photos automatically once you've set it up, which is very simple.

I just use a image hosting website then copy the Direct Link in-between the insert image and done really easy

There used to be a section on how to upload photos on to the forum. I can't see it now. Is it still as complicated as it used to be? I notice that some have managed it.
