Register online with endesa HELP

As far as I can remember, the number they are asking for is your contract number which is on you bill. Took me ages to figure that out, give it a try anyway.

I don't know what that number is but I used the On-line Chat facility recently to re-activate my account and the service was excellent. You can ask for an English speaker to respond if your Spanish is not too good.

I am sure they will be able to help.

If you are not familiar with Chat just click on the area that asks if you want to chat and then you have an interactive message exchange with a person in Endesa ie: you type in your question and they reply.

Trying to register online with Endesa. All OK except I cannot find the damned Número de pedido: (Order Number) It does not appear to be the factura number. Any ideas what this number is?
