Hi this is a real long shot I think ...
I have a 4s all working well I get a new phone factory reset my old 4s for my son all fine I put in his info he says no I want different info so I decide to factory reset again and let him do it  
noooooooo
it has now locked on connect to iTunes recovery mode I've tried programs like tiny umbrella reboot anybody any idea please
