MRW are very good and not expensive, they have offices in Huercal Overa and Albox.  Or try the Correos - you can send it with options of recorded, signed for, insured etc.

I need to send a large parcel to the UK (ebay sale). Can you suggest a cheap courier? I know of SEUR in Albox, but I think are expensive.
