Albox Fire Station will be disbanded in 2017

Yes to the first question.  We would have to have a lot of call outs, which are thankfully random events, to cover the annual running costs and  then there is the capital investment required to upgrade equipment.
The answer to the second question depends on how the service is provided in the future. The idea of a Consorcio may be mooted again where all towns and the Diputacion contribute to a new improved service.

But Albox Council currently charge us a lot of money every time the fire service is called out.
Are you saying that these charges do not cover the cost, and in future if the Diputacion provides the service will we have to pay them.

Albox has taken the decision to disband a fire service that is required to cover the entire Valley of Almanzora and Los Velez.
