The local supplier is GasMedi on 950 305 153 or 902 450 425 but I am sure, as above, that you will need a prescription from a doctor (probably only a from doctor/consultant in the pnuemology dept )

Doctors would be first point of call. However if you wanted to buy one I would suggest a dive shop as the bottle has to be tested every couple of years in order to be re filled. Pure oxygen should not be taken without medical advice depending on the medical condition.
