Cat in distress

This cat in distress, has not been seen now for around 8 days.  Wonder if anyone has seen him,  /taken him or knows of his whereabouts.

Hi Mickey.   I know about this cat I have been feeding him for months.    We have tried various methods to catch him, cage, nets etc., but he is so wary of humans.  He cannot be darted because he will go in the derelect house at the back,  and it is so dangerous.   I worry so about him, but I just do not know what to do about him.

Can someone please help or make a valid suggestion as how to catch this cat, it spends its time in the ruin next to Maloans bar in Arboleas is black and has either been caught in a snare or had a thin wire wrapped around its body which is cutting into him.  I know he is being fed but no one can catch him.
