Hopefully the Mayor will be on time (he has been known to be late in the past) If he is not on time I am sure things will proceed. 11 .00 is set in stone and shows respect to all our fallen heroes .

The fayre will be open from approx 10:00 for the public and the Mayor will be opening it at 11:00.

Could someone confirm what time it starts, because it says from 10 am on the poster but the Mayor will open it at 11??????
