I agree totally about Gillan - he seemed to be either knackered or fulfilling his contractual obligations.  However, I thought the rest of the band were superb, especially Paice considering his health issues. I reckon he would have kept playing for hours more if the rest of them were up to it.
Do you use a specialist Spanish web site for buying tickets for gigs here (e.g. A Spanish version of Ticketmaster)?

we use Ticketmaster ie the sp version have just booked for down load in Madrid also the 4 day Alacanti gigg we normally do Barcalona rock fest but were staying local this year lol

the bar in murcia were we saw Imprial Jade was a small bar probably 100 people max,10e a ticket and 3e for a bottle of beer fantastic night and as cheap as chips for anybody wanting to see a pro band.

Saw Deep Purple last night at Manchester Arena - classic stuff. Great concert.  Not sure they'll be playing in Arboleas anytime soon though.

we saw them in Barcalona this year,didnt really think Gillan was on it tho,he was a bit pub jammi but Steve Morse was bang on the money imho.

Leading on from the thread a few weeks ago,were somebody said they wanted to see some propper live music.

saw the kids last night in a bar in Murcia early hours,

Brill,there called" Imperial Jade",there from Barcalona,write & sing in english and do a few covers,well worth a look if yer get a chance to see them if yer into propper wound up valve amps,with engine room drums & bass packing the back end out,plus there a nice group of lad,s as well.
