Building works in the rambla

Can anyone enlighten me as to what is being built in the rambla opposite the rear of my property by the "goat farmer"????? So far it looks like a double garage but is obviously going to be larger as there is now a window void in the side wall. It's on the land which is not visible from the back road to El Castillo from Los Carrascos. Just interested and just a little concerned !!!!
