Scalibor collars

Posted on her re above. We are now residence near Albox. Dogs are vaccinated against Leish, have scalibor collars and I am currently using Advantage as well. The vet, at Nexo says that the collars are only active against Leish for 1 month not 6 and there is a better product than Advantage Why are scalibor collars so much more expensive in Spain I paid £8.00 through Internet in uk, they are the same collars.
Comments would be appreciated, I don't want to introduce too many chemicals to dogs but want they to be as safe as poss.

We have been using scalibor for the past 3 years out here with no problems, we fit them to our 3 dogs at the beginning of March and leave them on for six months.
I do think your dog/s are more at risk if you let them run on their own over rough ground with "fresh" water close by.

Note? Sand flies tend to fly at night after the sun goes down.
