Had a good paella in Sensations in Mojacar last year , for 2 people and about a 30 min wait as I recall.

Levante bar in Mojacar near Beachcomber, you have to order before 1pm and they have lots of choices.  Then nice walk after along the prom.

I had a very good one last week in restaurant  "Ofincia", Garrucha, Its by the marina.  You may have to pre-book to eat inside :08:
