Yes, they are a local charity based in San Francisco in Huercal Overa.
The only funding they receive is from donations, they do not get any assistance from anywhere else. We try to help as much as we can with fund raising as, whilst there are several rescue charities for dogs and cats in the area, there is not another charity looking after horses, ponies and donkeys. Just google CESF.  They are based in Huercal Overa. Recently they rescued a badly neglected donkey from Arboleas.  Seems like a very worthy charity. 👍

I drink occasionally in the Trinidad and have put something in the box on a few occasions. Can anyone advise if the horses are local  or where it applies.
Didnt like to ask the staff but being any animal lover would like to know where it all goes or if its just local.
