Walk4Life

The annual Walk for Life, this coming Saturday, 4th May, starts at 3.30 when the Craft Fayre opens.  There will be a wide variety of different stalls with wonderful things to browse and spend your money on while you wait for the Fun Dog Show at 4.15 and The Walk at 6pm.  You need to register for the dog show and register and pick up your number for the walk.  Registration for both starts at 3.30.
There will also be three charity stalls. Amethyst dog rescue, a bottle stall run by Les and Sue with over 100 donated bottles to raise funds for Walk for Life and The Association of Knitted Knockers whose volunteers make soft, comfortable hand knitted prostheses for breast cancer survivors.
The two charity shops on the edge of the square will be open:  HAA, Helping Animals Almanzora and AFA, Arboleas Friends Association.
You don’t need to walk, and you don’t need to run to enjoy the fun.  Just come along and enjoy the day.
