Zumba classes or similar for not so young people!

Its my mates wife that goes. I would pop along and ask but I know its Friday morning, my wife said its more like a keep fit class, but is Zumba based. Whatever that means.

Friday classes - are they Zumba and are they suitable for an oldie, like me?! Also what sort of clothing would I have to wear?

Hostel Rosaleda towards Albox from the Happy Garden restaurant , Friday morning. I think its 10:00 start, but not sure..
