We have sold our villa in Partaloa, there is no profit, the villa is legal but as it is outside of the town we had to pay for the AFO;  I understand 3% of the sale price is retained for tax liabilities on the profit, there is no profit, does anyone know who retains that 3%?  It is not necessary for me to use an abogada/o, would the notary be responsible for the retention.  Can anyone recommend a Gestor near Partaloa please, I am planning to advice the buyer to use one rather than pay abogada/o their exhoribitant fees
