What is better?  Waiting for the European Supreme Court to give a judgement about IRPH rate or transfer your mortgage to another bank and get an advantage on Euribor rate?

Mortgage holders, whose house mortgage are referred to IRPH rate, could decide to denounce the contract even when those mortgages were ended, subrogated or also when they have signed a modifying novation without waiting to the European Supreme Court decision.
