Arboleas and Internet Connectivity and Mobile 4G

Good morning everyone, we are new to this community and are hoping that we can gain some much needed information in our pursuit for our new life.
We've done a lot of searching the Andalucia area (over the Internet) and really like the look of the Arboleas area.
We are looking to purchase property in the next 12 months but it is vital that where we buy our home has guaranteed Internet connectivity (preferably around 10Mbps as minimum) as I will be continuing to work for my existing employer whilst residing in Spain. I also need mobile connectivity, 3G/4G.
I did read another post from summer last year but just wanted to check on our specific need. I expected to have to deal with a large company to arrange this (like BT in the UK) but I seemed to pick up that you can arrange this through local people in the area.
I would value any information or advice that anyone can give us, as if we couldn't get this type of service or would ruin any chance of fulfilling our dream for our new life.
