Went for dinner with my family last night, disaster. Wife's steak was smaller and thinner than a big mac, my lamb was not like the cutlets on their website and the portion of chips was comparative to a child's meal. This also applied to the rest of the family. The guy who greeted us was not pleasant and made my wife uncomfortable in his attitude. Hadn't booked so could not sit in the dining area, we felt penalised for not booking and placed in the bar area alone!
Have been previously and got good service and large steaks.

Having said this, the waitress was very friendly and attentive, just can't say the same for the owner!

We will not be returning
