Thanks folks. I uninstalled it and re-installed and it and all tickety boo now. No idea what the glitch was.

Had it once before, but used their online chat and sorted it in a few minutes. Used More4 last night and no issues.

For the past week I have been unable to access Channel 4 via SmartDNS- no issues at all previously. I have cleared the cache but it's made no difference. Is anyone else having the same issue or know a work around. Many thanks.

It is working fine, although on the odd occasion I have to reactivate my i/p address.
