Los Requenas PERI

[Mike Town Hall]

The registrar has flagged up two two problems in the los Requenas PERI, the first is a discrepancy between the the size of a finca between the project and the catastral measurments, this is an error in the catastral and is being rectified, the second is a mortgage on part of a finca that is to be seeded to the town hall and has to be removed before this is done, talks are ongoing with the bank, the remaining part of the finca has a value greater than the mortgage so should be able to be re-located to the left over part.
