SmartDns Proxy

Oats

After unplugging the internet and turning it back on after a few days break our SmartDns Proxy won't connect to the internet. The message says 'Something went wrong- check your internet connection'. There is nothing wrong with the internet and we are able to access You Tube and Films through the Smart TV, also Live TV but no catch up. I have taken every action that SmartDNs have asked me to do to no avail. Has anyone else had a problem with them recently or know of any solution please.
