why not ask the mayor to have the e mail judicially translated .....

it will be around 40e

then every body will be able to read it in english

and act in accordance with there own wishes  after consideration.

(the AUAN Lawyer will also have a Judicial court translator for court documents ect and its not expensive )

this way the correspondence  will be legal binding in both english and spanish or any other language a court translator translates to ,ie dutch,french.

(unless the correspondence from the town hall is  in spanish and also legally translated in the recipients own language it probably wont be worth the printing paper its printed off on ..... ) if it has to be signed and returned ......

Roger pourquoi ne pas demander au maire de faire traduire judiciairement l'e mail ..... cela coûtera environ 40e ainsi tout le monde pourra le lire en anglais et agir en accord avec ses propres souhaits après réflexion.

Roger, waarom vraag je de burgemeester niet om de e-mail gerechtelijk te laten vertalen? ..... Dat kost ongeveer 40 euro, zodat iedereen het in het Engels kan lezen en na overweging naar eigen inzicht kan handelen.

I haven't commented before however
would like to inquire whether the meeting will be conducted via a platform such as Microsoft Teams to accommodate owners who are unable to attend in person but have a vested interest. Alternatively, could you kindly confirm if minutes or a summary of the meeting will be provided afterward to ensure that we are informed of the discussions and potential actions required?
Unfortunately,I work in Riyadh so cannot attend.

The Town Hall, in the name of the Mayor, is sending out communication to all the affected people.
This is by email, but may also be in other form for people for whom they do not have emails.

The purpose of the communication is to ask the people whether they want the Town Hall to continue with the Parcelisation Project for Los Carrascos.

Unfortunately the correspondence is only in Spanish, and is written in technical planning jargon which people will not understand.
And the important reply form is an attachment, which I know some people do like to open.

So to be clear for people affected who receive this ..
The question is ..

Do you want the Town Hall to continue with the Parcelisation Project.

Tick the relevant box
  SI  or  NO
And deliver it to the Town Hall as soon as possible.

We do not know how they will treat non returns, which can be a problem with people having holiday homes.
