GBTV buffering

Anyone have the same problems as me with GBTV. First buffering it seems to buffer on and off and when I update the Live th section updates in 2to3 seconds but the Guide part takes 2 to 4 minutes most of the time. I have spoken to Peter but he says everything is OK now but its not its been like this sense Christmas.
