New scam

A SCAM that I was unaware of.
Both Sharron and I received a letter each from our HSBC Bank. Informing us that were due a refund because of a processing error between 1994 and 2022.
Me being me I got suspicious and tracked the phone numbers which were flagged as dodgy. In the actual letter they used we're, we'll instead of we are and we will.
I contacted help line and they confirmed they had not sent out the letter. So be warned.
