Try Iceland (Overseas Supermarket) in Vera they do nice mature and even Extra Mature Cheddar

Coviran have strong Cheddar on the meat counter. They cut off the size you want.

I'm sure I replied before!  It depends what you call "strong" I like Mercadona's mature cheddar but they also have some good blue cheeses as well.
