Mayor's funeral

As has been posted elsewhere, the Mayor of Arboleas, Francisco, has died after a long fight against cancer.

Everyone who knew him will know how friendly and approachable he was, and how willing he was to help the British community to integrate into our community of Arboleas.

It would be a show of respect for him and a sign of community spirit if as many of the British community as possible brave the weather to attend the funeral.

The procession will leave the Town Hall at 1pm tomorrow, Sunday, and proceed to the church.
