Get the bus from Alicante Airport to Murcia,  where you change and get the Almeria bus getting off at Huecal Overa bus station. As said before DO NOT buy ticket to Huecal or you go via Benidorm. Ticket to Murcia then ticket to Huecal, my german friend did it with ease. Good Luck.

You can get a bus from Alicante Airport to Murcia bus station, I dont think there is a direct bus to this area. You have to be careful not to get the one that goes all round Benidorm first!  There are then various choices, including one that goes to Granada and stops in Velez Rubio and Chirivel.

does anyone know if there are any trains / buses from Alicante airport to anywhere that is within an hours drive from Albox? and if so can you please provide a website so that i can book the tickets. My nephew is coming over in july.
