MOVING TO ARBOLEAS?

The new Council in Arboleas is working hard to sort out the urban problems of the past.
Not only is this the issue of classification of land and legalisation of properties, but also the immense problems people have with their builders.
These problems are very complex and it will take us some time, and not all problems can be resolved by the Town Hall.

We clearly want to avoid more problems being created.
We therefore urge anyone who is thinking of moving to Arboleas, whether buying a re-sale property or off plan, to come to the Town Hall to discuss their proposed purchase before signing any contract or parting with any money.
We can advise you on all the legal issues, the documents you will require from the builder or seller, and any problems we may know about regarding the property.
And of course our advice is totally free.

There are no problems with most properties but you cannot always trust the information you are given from professionals you think you can trust.
So it is always best to be safe. Our only interest in the Town Hall is to avoid people facing problems after they have bought.
