100 days. Report from the Mayor

100  DÍAS      DE ACCIONES DE GOBIERNO PSA.

Una vez diagnosticado el problema se inician las primeras actuaciones de Gobierno PSA.
1.-Prescindir de los servicios del Técnico Municipal.
2.-Prescindir de los servicios del Técnico Redactor.
3.-Reunión en Almería,  del Equipo de Gobierno PSA. Con el Delegado Provincial de Obras Públicas y el Director Provincial de Ordenación del Territorio en Almería.
4.-Nombramiento del nuevo Técnico Municipal para Urbanismo.
5.-Contratación de Nuevo Equipo Redactor de Urbanismo para Arboleas.
6.- Reunión en Almería, de Alcalde y Nuevo Equipo Redactor, con el Director Provincial  de Ordenación del Territorio.
7.- Reunión en Sevilla del Alcalde y Equipo Redactor, con la Directora General de Disciplina Urbanística dependiente de la Consejería de OP. De la JA.
8.- Reunión en Granada del Alcalde y Equipo Redactor con Técnicos del Plan Urbanístico del Almanzora.
9.- Reunión en Arboleas de Equipo Redactor con Equipo de Gobierno para analizar la propuesta de Ordenanza y de Revisión del PGOU de Arboleas.

10.- Fijar la fecha del próximo encuentro  en la Delegación Provincial de Obras Públicas con los Responsables de la Ordenación del Territorio.

100 DAYS OF ACTION BY THE PSA GOVERNMENT.

Once the PSA Government team had assessed the problem we started the following actions.

1. We dispensed with the services of the Council Surveyor.
2. We dispensed with the services of the Technical Advisor
3. The PSA team had a meeting in Almeria with the Provincial Delegate of Public Works and the Provincial Director of Planning in Almeria.
4. We appointed a new expert for Municipal Planning.
5. We hired a new Senior Planning Adviser for Arboleas.
6. A meeting in Almeria, of the Mayor and the new Planning Adviser, with the Provincial Director of Planning.
7. A meeting in Seville of the Mayor and the Advisory team, with the Director General of Town Planning of the Junta Ministry of Public Works
8. Meeting in Granada of the Mayor and the advisory team, with technicians of the Development Plan of Almanzora.
9. Meeting in Arboleas of the government team with the Technical Adviser to discuss the proposed Ordinance and General Plan Review for Arboleas.
10. Set the date of the next meeting at the Provincial Delegation of Public Works with those responsible for Regional Planning. This is planned for next week.
