COMISION INFORMATIVA

The Comision Informativa is a committee comprising representatives of all the Political parties on the Council. The purpose of this committee is to make available all the information regarding Council policy to all the political parties in advance of the full Council Meeting (the Pleno).

The members of the Comision Informativa are –
Cristobal Garcia (Mayor)
Roger Done (Deputy Mayor responsible for Urban Affairs and Public Consultation)
Felipe Bonillo (Deputy Mayor responsible for Finance)
Mirella Granados (Urban Councillor)
Angel Garcia (PSOE)
Jesus Mellado (PP)

The meeting is also attended by the Council Secretary.

There was a meeting of the Comision Informativa on Monday 10th October at 8pm.
Information was presented regarding -
The status of the present urban situation and the progress in resolving the problems.
The latest regulation to un block the problem regarding small building licences.
The financial report, giving details of the debts, the income and expenditure for 2011, and the details of the payments made to councillors in 2010.

These reports will be presented to the public Pleno at 8pm on Monday 17th October in the Council Chamber of the Town Hall.

The Comision Informativa was attended by all the members listed EXCEPT Angel Garcia (PSOE), who did not send his apologies for non attendance even though he was in the Town hall on that morning.
