Endessa duplicate bills

Have you tried registering on line with endesa.  When you do you can see a list of all your bills, the status etc. You can also submit a meter reading and contact them via an online help facility.  It may be easier to do this rather than keep phoning.

we had massive over priced bill ,did everything we could form the uk but inthe end we had to go over and with the help of antnio of the trinidad we got it soughted.
on our return to the uk we had recieved our refund.
sorry not much help , but endesa are hard work

In July endessa took a reading from my meter & put the reading as 4706 instead of 4106.since then they have been charging me on the correct reading and also on the incorrect reading sending and charging twice for the standing charge & the correct reading on one bill and estimated on the incorrect bill.Has anyone ever been in this position & how did they correct the overcharges which now stand at over 200 euros.
