why not try the nearest to you first - on the assumption that the hotter and fresher they are the better they will taste ?   and work your way down the list until you find one that suits  her best.

Yes Saint i was wondering that also , Bowling ally Cod is lovely , had it there a few times . Their Cod comes from the same English supplier as Rumors so both are Icelantic Cod . Think Penfold was referring to the Spanish Cod , i personalty find it tastes totaly different although i am told it is cod or at least the same family .
