Depending where you are try your local ayuntamiento - Zurgena have lots of chairs but only a few tables available to borrow, there is some paperwork to fill out to ask!

Great selection, national company, is also trustworthy. Really helpful guy, willing to 'negotiate', but note - no English spoken.
