Is anyone using an onscreen internet speed meter that they can recommend . I had one on an old laptop at one time , looked like a round speedometer and gave internet speed constantly in real time and was accurate but cant remember the name of it now but would be useful to have and refer to when things go wrong or when utube starts to buffer to help identify the reason as its not always the ISP that's responsible . Found one that gave a small strip on the desktop with down and up speeds in KB/s but found them to be approximately double that of the OOKLA speed tester for some reason .
