Cycle rides

Are there groups of expats who regularly go out on their bikes from the Almanzora valley area. I don't mean racing - just social rides, day or half day.
Also, are there groups or organisations who organise and/or co-ordinate social activities for expats living in the Almanzora vally area? eg walks, visits, nights out etc,etc.
