"The Impossible" this film is a true story made in 2012 its about the tsunami on boxing day it would be great to see this on a large screen.

They say some films like 'Gravity' can only be fully enjoyed if seen on the big screen so this is great news, a facility to be applauded. Long may it last.                  I wonder if Roger will go and see 'the big wind up' when it shows ?

I think it's imperative that the cinema gets the choice of films right. ie Who is the target audience?

Pedro

We went to see X Men 2 on Tuesday - unfortunately there were only 10 other people in the cinema (the previous week there had been over 100)

After all the hard work to get English speaking films, please give your support.

Thanks

. We have really enjoyed our nights at the "flicks". Thanks Roz for the organization. We won't go every week but will go at least once a month. Request please for Gravity, The Railway Man, Hobbit 2 and the Monuments Men
Definition of politics."Poli" Greek for many. "tics" blood sucking insects.

I am thrilled to bits that the cinema is showing films in English. We probably won't go every week as there are some things we dont want to see, but very very glad to have the opportunity to decide.

Well done Steve!!

Cheers Trish and Terry
But I have only helped promote the showings.
A lady called Roz has worked tirelessly to get this off the ground and is now reaping the rewards for all her hard work.

I will pass on your message

Can we just turn up or do we need to book in advance

Just turn up and pay at the box office.
I am trying to arrange selling the tickets here at i-cafebar.com, but waiting for a response from town hall/cinema.
