Samsung Galaxy Tablet

Question for all you Samsung buffs out there.  I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet with a Spanish Vodafone sim.    My problem is when looking for Music/Films/Books to download from Playstore, they show in Spanish.  Music and or Films state Audio in Spanish only.  Now there must be a way around this.  Can anyone help?  I have already disabled location services and re booted to no avail.  Is it in the initial set up of the device?  If so how do I get back to the initial set up and change everythibng to make it think I am in uk?  Answers on a postcard lol.  Thank you in anticipation.  Brian.
