Security code for email account

Had the same problem with Microsoft. I thought maybe my account had been hacked so have set up another account with gmail as Microsoft sent me a form to fill in but it is really hard to fill out as they ask many questions so have written it off. Best of Luck

Getting asked for a security code for an email address I no longer use so that I can access account. Looks like I won't be able to log on to my usual address after today. Tried Microsoft help desk without much success.. I use Xp professional & know you will not get support, but this is my email account & do not want to change to Windows 7 . Can anyone help please?
