Our Samsung fridge was serviced by the official Samsung service engineers for Almeria, Itafria http://www.itafri.es/inicio.  It cost about €75 for an hour or so of work (no parts or gas).  They aapear to be primarily air conditioning service engineers but they did do the fridge.  They do other makes as well.  If your make isn't on the list why not start with the manufacturers website and see if there is a local service engineer.
