Help needed with translation / registering

Hi,
   My wife and I are moving to the Arboleas area on the 1st Sept and will need the services of a Spanish translator to register our medical forms ( S1 ) - registering with a doctor - town hall and whatever other legal documentation we will require.It will also entail ongoing medical appointments for my wife.

Can anyone recommend such a translator.
