Superturre have a great range of asian foods including noodles

Me too. I don't care what shape they are! Actually I'm sure I have seen frozen, no dried ones in Iceland in Vera?

Sounds good Hudders. I don't mind if you make your own, I'm sure it will taste great. Be round at dinner time 😛

Karen - just checked recipe. Easy if you want tagliatelle type noodles, but I want round ones! Call me picky  I think I'd need a machine to make them. However, if all else fails - flat noodles will have to do. Norman - Italian pasta won't suit the Oriental dishes.

It's very easy to make your own, try this method, or there are loads more online!

I love to cook Indian/Asian cuisine and have missed out on making Laksa since moving over. I have searched the various supermarkets but can't seem to find fresh egg noodles or rice noodles (Udon would do at a push). Does anyone know of an Asian supermarket (or other store) anywhere around that stocks them? I am not a lover of dried packet noodles, but if I can't get fresh, may have to bite the bullet! :-\
