Here in Spain, if you live in the countryside, on the edge of town or an estate, or even live in town but close to overgrown parkland then the chances are that sooner or later a scrub or forest fire will occur.

This guide is particularly important for those of you in more remote areas with the up and coming fire risk. There have already been two fires in the Almanzora Valley that required helicopters to put them out.
