Yes, that is, I think, the female.
The male seems O.K. but could'nt get a photo of him as he was'nt as stroppy as the female,( now where have I heard that before!) and kept his distance, whereas the female was flying round and making a lot of noise, so I took photos as quick as I could and, moved away.
Apparently this is the second year they have bred there, according to Judy B.K. who I met thereabouts.
If your not meant to have midnight snacks, why do they put a light in fridges?

How lovely, but it looks like the adult has had to manage with a deformed leg and foot. Obviously hasn't held it back though.

Spotted these Stilts today in one of the Depositos in Arboleas.
Two adults and three young altogether.
If your not meant to have midnight snacks, why do they put a light in fridges?
