Nothing sporting about one side in a contest being paid as full time  professionals with nothing to do all week but train and hit the gym etc and the other teams all go to work every day and train when they can if they are not too knackered after  work cooking cleaning etc.
So the sooner they level the playing field the better.

Until all women's rugby teams become professional nothing will change.
